1. Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase.
- Perishable goods such as food items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Return Process

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
5. Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
